Customers Fault Description : Remote suddenly stopped working

This Bose remote control arrived safely from Borehamwood and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was opened but no fault could be replicated. The remote was then tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no faults being found.
