Customers Fault Description : Its for my Mum's chair. She says it works for a few minutes and then stops??
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Recliner chair handset arrived safely from Wigan and on opening a full component test was carried out with not issues being found.
After talking to the customer it was concluded that it may be an issue with the top middle LED which can cause intermittent functionality with the recliner. This is only speculation as without reading an error its never 100% confirmed.
the customer requested the LED replaced to eliminate the remote from the equation of the fault diagnosis. The LED was replaced and all other components double checked.
