Customer's Fault Description
The signal does not seem to be strong enough. I have changed the batteries. If up close to the little unit it will turn the gas fire up but not down. Hope you can help. Thanks Roz
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely from Cheddington and on testing the remote was found to transmit a very weak signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset. Once the transducer was replaced, full functionality was restored.
No fault was found with the receiver.
