Truma Mover II Control Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer
Truma Mover II Control
Customer's Fault Description
Controller will no-longer power up (green light) when turned on. Had always needed tapping to come on and then functioned normally for a while, but now stopped completely with something rattling inside. Tried new batteries and checked terminals are clean and making contact.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote control arrived safely from Wakefield and on testing was found to not power on and would rattle when shook.
This was due to the PCB mounting pins being broken, the PCB was hot glued firmly into place which restored full functionality.
The screw was no part of the remote as this item does not have any screws in it, hence the reason to break the remote open.
