Customer's Fault Description
The 3rd button (green) down from the light doesn't work.
Button 1 Green - door up
Button 2 Red - stop
Button 3 Green - down - this is the one that doesn't operate.
Black button seems redundant.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to have a non functioning 3rd button.
This was due to contaminated button contacts. The contacts were etched clean which restored full functionality.
