Customers Fault Description : Dual motor control chair has know stopped responding with remote control.will no longer do anything,before needed wiggle bottom remote where cable goes in or hold in one position no longer respond to any use. Batch no 004 020 229664 702D PoW Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Kent and on inspection the cable was found to have broken inner cores.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
