Remote Fixer Repair Response

This CD Player remote control arrived safely from Devon and on inspection there were scuff marks around the edge of the remote from a previous attempted opening prior to arrival with us.  On testing the handset was found to be dead.

When opened the negative terminal was found to have suffered a battery leak and also the print was corroded.  The terminal was etched clean and then the print reworked which restored full functionality.
