Customer's Fault Description
Battery terminal has broken at the bottom of remote, broken bit in casing. Casing screw missing that’s why it’s taped.
Not sure if buttons are working as the motorhome is new to us and this is how we found the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control for a Sky roof light in a motorhome arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing/broken battery terminal. Replacement custom spring terminals were fitted which restored full functionality. The fixing screw was also replaced.
