Customer's Fault Description
Wire replacement needed - more than one core damaged and severed across two parts of the wire connecting the remote to the controller under the chair.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Recliner Chair Remote arrived safely from York and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), the rest of the remote was tested as ok.
