Paragon focus he Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Worked perfectly one day the next it wouldn’t work - changed the battery it appears dead!

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead due to the negative wire being physically detached from the battery clip.

A replacement cable / clip was fitted which restored full functionality.
