HSL Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The cable is damaged,I’m sending two remotes but one is all broken open so bin it if it can’t be done
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two remote controls arrived safely from Wakefield and on inspection both had badly damaged cables.
One of the remotes was partially dismantled and had ripped button membranes. The membranes were glued together.
Both remotes had worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place and then straight cables fitted to each remote (we cannot get the curly kind)
