Royal UM203 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Has been left outside for three months now not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Aldershot and on testing was found to be intermittent in power. If the battery cable was moved the remote would spring to life then die.
The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
