Remote Fixer Repair Response

This garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing waws found to be functioning as per normal.

It is possible that the customers batteries were at fault, these remotes require 2 X Cr2016 batteries but if Duracell batteries are used this can cause an issue.

A set of Energizer batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
