Customers Fault Description : As discussed, black and red cables have separated from terminal.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Kinder fire remote control arrived safely from Barnsley and on testing was dead due to a faulty battery cable.  A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality. 

The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
