Bigzzia Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : something wrong with the battery area.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Treadmill remote control arrived safely and on inspection the retaining clip on the battery tray was loose meaning it would not clasp into position meaning the battery would easily come away from the case.
The tray was heat treated and reformed which made the retaining clasp more solid. A Energizer battery will be supplied fitted on return.
