Customer's Fault Description
Nothing happened when pressed on button. Thought it might need new battery. When took battery out, the remote rattled and a little round metal battery, a metal disc, and a washer fell out from its innards. Fantasia no longer produce this model.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ceiling light and fan remote control arrived safely from Sevenoaks and on testing was found to be dead.
The let button had collapsed internally and broken apart. Once this was replaced full functionality was restored. A replacement Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return as the supplied battery was dead due to being drained from the collapsed button.
