BSSB MMG2-R01275 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : All of a sudden the remote that helps Tv go up and down does not work. Blue light on? Tv stuck up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This BSSB bed remote arrived safely and on inspection there was a screw missing from the back of the remote. Aa limited component test was carried out with no issues being found.
We are limited to the testing of this item as we do no have a receiver to plug into but after a component test was carried out we could not locate a readable reason for a fault.
