Customer's Fault Description
Buttons don’t work , light won’t even come on , tried new battery’s with no success tested battery’s and they’re fine , it has been temperamental so not sure what’s wrong can you help
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Golf trolley remote control arrived safely and on testing waws confirmed to be dead and the buttons were "spongy" feeling.
The battery cable waws found to be open circuit on the negative end, a replacement battery cable waws fitted but the remote remained dead.
It was then found that the button array itself was at fault, unfortunately these are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible.
