Customer's Fault Description
Battery light flashing/low voltage with new battery fitted (voltage checked and ok). Will not transmit to the fire. I have phoned you and we had a conversation and you asked me to take the Battery out of the remote straight away and explained the reasons wise.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Harrogate and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.
This was due to a faulty voltage regulator, once replaced full functionality was restored. The battery cable was also replaced.
