Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Light remote control arived safely and on adding a battery was found to transmit at all time without a button being pressed.  The button array was cleaned which restored this issue but then it was found that the off button was intermittent.

The IC was found to have cracked solder joints causing intermittent connections, the solder was reflowed which restored full functionality.
