Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent fault on remote,possible wear on red button contact, does not immediately power up mover and does not always work continuously
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent when powering up.
This was due to a cracked solder joints on the battery terminal connection point. The solder was reworked which restored full functionality.
