Customer's Fault Description
When remote buttons are pressed the signal sent to the motor mover seems to be intermittent and the motor mover stutters. This applies especially to the forward button. The left, right and reverse buttons are more consistent than the forward button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal on all buttons. The button contacts were tested and found to be as new.
The customer is to check for a loose connection on the motors / receiver box as it is likely that a loose connection / fault is present that is shows when the caravan is in motion.
