Customer's Fault Description
The centre buttons and the green power buttons do not work. The main home/menu button is also not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sony RM -AAP079 Remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have numerous non responsive buttons.
When opened this was found to be due to corrosion in the print caused by a battery leak (See image). The print was cleaned and reworked which restored full funcoitnality to all buttons.
