Waview Bathroom TV Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Bathroom TV not working. Put new battery in the remote control but still not working. Not sure if its the TV or the remote !
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote arrived safely from Beverley and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened there was a crack in the print (see image). The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
