Customers Fault Description : Remote control works intermittently . Wire may have got caught in moving leg support. Last time you repaired this you fitted a "straight" wire. Is it possible to fit a "coiled "wire

This Recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection there was damaged to the cable at the remote entry point and also one of the LEDs was intermittent.
The LED was replaced and then a straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
