Customers Fault Description : Red light stays on but dosn't operate the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote controller arrived safely from Chichester and on testing was confirmed to have an illuminating LED without any button being pressed.
All 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality with a strong RF signal being present and a correct codeset confirmed.
