Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not working at all

This remote control arrived safely and on initial testing the remote was found to transmit. The battery terminals were loose making a power connection intermittent.
After talking to the customer it was concluded from the fact that the customer noted that the red light on the handset did not illuminate when pressed that the issue was due to the oscillator and the terminals. The terminals were soldered to make a more solid connection and the oscillator was replaced. The code being transmitted was tested as correct.
