RECENTLY REMOTE WAS NOT RESPONDING CONSISTENTLY AND THE BLUE LIGHT ON THE REMOTE WAS NOT COMING ON WHEN CHARGING. NOW REMOTE COMPLETELY DEAD. DO I NEED TO SEND THE CHARGING CABLE WITH THE REMOTE?
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Golf trolley remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead and would not charge.  When opened this weas found to be due to a damaged battery (see image).  A replacement battery was fitted which restored full functionality.
