Valor Dream 843 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : no reponse from fire when buttons operated, tried new batteries. dont know for sure if its the remote or the fire

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This electric fire remote control arrived safely from West Markham and on testing the power button was non responsive and the other buttons sluggish in response.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
