Fireplace Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The springs of where you put the batteries have rusted. Thus, there is no power from battery to remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric Fireplace Remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was dead due to rusted battery terminals.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
