Customers Fault Description : The remote will not charge, consequently does not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not charge properly. It was found that one of the terminals was bent backwards making a solid battery connection intermittent. This is sometimes done by the incorrect battery being inserted.
The terminal was reworked and then when recharged the remote was restored to full functionality.
A rechargeable battery will be supplied fitted on return. It is extremely important to only use rechargeable batteries in this item, as damage can be caused if a non rechargeable is used.
