Customer's Fault Description
The wires are damaged, think they might just need soldering or replacing. You repaired them for me before. About 2 months after I got them back the plastic outer coating around the wires started to split and tear, on both remotes. I don't know how! One stopped working a couple of months ago, the other followed suit a couple of days ago.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two remote controls arrived safely and on inspection both had badly damaged cables.

Replacement straight high grade cables were fitted to each remote (we cannot get the curly kind)
