Customers Fault Description : Remote was temperamental for a while then just stopped working altogether. No longer turns tv on from standby mode. Changed batteries but still doesn’t work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote control arrived safely from Moray and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals without issue being replicated.
The codeset being transmitted was confirmed to be correct for this model.
It is possible that the issue is with the TV itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
This remote was disposed of as per our sites terms on the 31st Aug 2024, Return postage was not paid within the 3 month timeline.
