Bellfires Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote control does not respond. There is something loose inside.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas fireplace remote control arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a SMD diode breaking away from the PCB, once replaced full functionality was restored.
