Customer's Fault Description
Flame up button no longer works, flame down works OK. Turning on doesn't work either (you have to press both buttons to do this).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on the up and down channel as per normal operation.
It is concluded that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
