Customer's Fault Description
Not working, however chair does work using Control from another chair.
Need EXTRA LONG CABLE -as discussed on phone- to by-pass 'pocket' socket as cable worn exposing inner wires.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely from Essex and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote entry point with a couple of the inner cores being severed.
A replacement straight long cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), the rest of the remote was tested as ok.
