Customer's Fault Description
Purchased with hi-fi but does not seem to power up the system. It is an older retro hi-fi.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Kenwood remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but the signal was non pulsed meaning there is no "data" being transmitted.
The Oscillator and IR LED was replaced but this did not rectify the issue, unfortunately this has led to the main IC being the fault. This IC is not available as a spare which has made a repair not possible.
