Customers Fault Description : Battery casing broken

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Automatic window remote control arrived safely from Contin and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery housing.

A replacement housing was fitted which restored full functionality. 

This missing back screw was also replaced.
