Hi the Tv is on stand by mode and the remote just won’t work I have changed the batteries and I have also tried to press all the buttons to try and rest

This TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to corrosion spots in the print caused from water contamination.

The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
