Glowworm Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Glowworm
Customers Fault Description : Seems like the batteries aren’t holding in place so power keeps going off- means that the heating isn’t working correctly.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Portsmouth and on inspection the screen was found to have a black mark in it, this cannot be rectified as replacement screens are not available as spares.
The internal battery terminals were found to be faulty making a power connection very poor.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
