Customer's Fault Description
We recently bought the caravan - 1st used the mover & it worked ok - 2nd time we went to use it, it bleeped then cut off, twice, thought it could be the batteries, and when we opened the battery cover a piece of tin foil fell out and we saw the corroded and broken battery terminals.
Is it possible to have new terminals fitted and tested for any other faults?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan Mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have badly corroded / missing terminals.
All terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
