Glow warm Climapro2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Button not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Heating remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to have a non responsive menu button.

When opened this was found to be due to the button itself breaking away from the PCB.  A replacement button was fitted which restored full functionality.
