the light does not work, therefore unable to open/close the blind.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux window remote control arrived safely and on testing the bottom button was non responsive, this was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the button contacts which restored full functionality.

Please note that the bulb on this item, will not illuminate as it is invisible infra red.
