Customer's Fault Description
I have 2 remotes, both for the same application. The black/red remote has a broken wire and the grey remote doesn't work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Brake roller remote controls arrived safely and on inspection the red fronted remote was found to have a damaged case, this cannot be replaced. The battery cable was confirmed to be broken, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
The second remote was unfortunately found to be beyond repair as after an extensive testing the PIC chip was found top be at fault.
A clone was also supplied!
