Powrtouch.. Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On off buttons packed up

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely from Bingley and on testing was found to not respond to its twin power button press.

This was due to worn button contacts, once replacement conductive pads were glued into place full functionality was restored.
