Quattro Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Quattro
Customers Fault Description : Does not keep pairing between the controller and the caravan. Sometimes it works, but mostly it fails.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Wallingford and on testing was found to transmit on each button press as per normal operation. The control was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals but no issue could be replicated and a strong RF signal was present.
The controller was opened to check for defects but again no issue could be found.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver / motor mover itself.
