The remote turns the fire on but the button marked 0/1 does not work so can't try button 0/2 and the light up & down button is flickering & sometimes doesn't work
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.  A 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
