Enduro Purple line Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Enduro Purple line

Customers Fault Description : Not lighting up No response from mover.No battery cover

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Sheffield and on inspection the battery cover was confirmed to be missing, this cannot be replaced as spare parts are not available.

On testing the remote was confirmed to be dead.  This was due to a faulty battery cable, a spare battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
