Customer's Fault Description
Remote intermittent. Gradually been getting worse. Has been opened and cleaned but cant seem to see anything obviously wrong with it. Was knocked off the side when it started.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Timer / Clock remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a micro crack around the IR LED.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
