Samsung Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Samsung
Customers Fault Description : Even with changing the batteries the remote will not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening this was found to be due to a crack in the print around the IR LED. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
